At Biosanté, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Biosanté tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
